It is believed that when you support people who serve, they are able to give their best to the people they serve. 

Organization & Behaviour

Organizations are broadly defined as a group of people with a common purpose. When you look at behaviours of people in an organization, in observable, clear and concise ways, we define and assess employee performance in more neutral terms, away from any subjectivity or work politics. This neutrality also allows to measure performance and find ways to improve this by manipulating variables that affect this performance. More significantly, by analyzing performance through an objective lens, the focus is maintained on the goals of the organization and the common purpose shared by its people.

We are here to help...

We offer consultations with organizations and support professionals in human services, in the areas of staff performance assessment, intervention planning and its derivative measurement systems, implementation to improve employee performance, and overall performance management.  With a critical eye, we offer consultations for systems and tasks analyses and intervention to improve performance and permanent product systems (aka targets or outcomes) in behaviour driven human service organizations.  On an ad hoc basis, as a third party, we engage in Ethics Reviews of organizations offering ABA intervention.
